In 1999, Oliver founded his first brokerage in Cannes, on the scenic Cote d’Azur in Southern France. After building a thriving business and overseeing more than 100 listings, he sold the brokerage in 2006. In 2004, he moved to Miami, establishing another brokerage. Following the 2008 real estate crash, Oliver relocated to Charlotte, NC, where he successfully built another stable brokerage in a more resilient market.
After five successful years, Oliver sold his Charlotte brokerage for a substantial profit. In 2013, he returned to South Florida, founding Pompano Beach Realty, a tech-driven brokerage in Pompano Beach, FL. He also owns and operates One Charlotte Realty in Charlotte, NC.
In addition to his real estate ventures, Oliver is an aviation enthusiast, holding a commercial pilot’s license and a LearJet type rating. He has flown extensively across the U.S., the Caribbean, Central, and South America.
