Oliver Hoffmann, the Broker/Owner of Gainesville Realty, LLC, brings a wealth of international experience and a deep passion for real estate. Born in Germany and having lived in England, Switzerland, Germany, and France, Oliver’s diverse background has shaped his success in the industry. Over the past 25 years, he has owned and operated six real estate brokerages across Europe and the United States.

In 1999, Oliver launched his first brokerage in Cannes, on the beautiful Cote d’Azur in the South of France. After growing the business and managing over 100 listings, he sold the company in 2006. In 2004, he relocated to Miami, where he founded another brokerage. However, following the 2008 market crash, Oliver moved to Charlotte, NC, where he successfully built a stable real estate brokerage amid a more resilient market.

Within five years, Oliver’s Charlotte brokerage flourished, and he eventually sold it for a significant profit. In 2013, Oliver returned to South Florida, founding Pompano Beach Realty, a tech-forward brokerage in Pompano Beach, FL. He also owns and operates One Charlotte Realty in Charlotte, NC.

Beyond his real estate achievements, Oliver is an aviation enthusiast with a commercial pilot license and a LearJet type rating, having flown extensively across the US, the Caribbean, Central, and South America. With this unique combination of expertise and passion, Oliver brings unparalleled knowledge and leadership to Gainesville Realty and the Gainesville real estate market.
